If you have an older version of Adobe Reader or you are accessing our files from inside the zip folder you may experience issues.
- Check you have fully extracted and locally saved all files from the ZIP folder. There can be some limitations when accessing files that still sit inside the ZIP folder. To unzip your files, double-click or right-click the zip folder to launch your unzipping software. Choose a safe place where you can save these files and access them from this location. If you don't have unzipping software download Zipeg (free).
- Check what version of Adobe Reader you have. Update to the latest version (free).
- Still having issues? Right-click our files and choose to open them in a web browser, like Chrome or Firefox.
